Volunteer Opportunities
Prayer Team Volunteer
Our Prayer Team is committed to lifting up Family Life Ministries in daily prayer. They faithfully pray for our youth, families, staff, finances, future, safety, and God's direction for the ministry.
In addition to praying individually each day, the team gathers at least once a month for corporate prayer, encouragement, and to pray for one another.

Mentor Team Volunteers Needed
Are you passionate about investing in the next generation?
A mentor walks alongside a young person, offering encouragement, guidance, and support while helping them grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Mentors are compassionate listeners who build trust and point youth to God’s Word, using the Bible as the foundation for wisdom and direction.
Our mentors are committed to going the extra mile—offering their time, care, and encouragement to help young people build hope for a brighter future.

Activity Team Members
We're looking for 2–4 dedicated volunteers to join our Activity Team!
This team will help coordinate activities and events for our youth, creating meaningful opportunities for connection, encouragement, and spiritual growth.
Our Activity Team helps fill an important need by planning and leading engaging activities that build relationships while sharing the love of Christ. This is a great opportunity for couples, friends, or anyone who enjoys serving together and investing in the next generation.
If you have a heart for youth and a desire to help spread the message of Christ while encouraging young people in their faith, we’d love to have you join the team!
Teaching Team Volunteer
Join our Teaching Team and make a lasting impact in the lives of our youth.
As a volunteer, you’ll do more than teach the Bible—you’ll engage in meaningful discussions that encourage and equip young people to overcome life’s challenges through faith in Christ.
For the safety and support of everyone involved, two adult volunteers will be assigned to each youth or youth group.

Outreach Team Members
Outreach Team Members play a vital role in supporting our community through a variety of events and service opportunities.
Volunteers assist with event setup and teardown, serving guests, and filling various roles as needed to ensure each event runs smoothly.
Our outreach events include both free community events and fundraising activities that help sustain our mission. By volunteering with the Outreach Team, you will make a direct and meaningful impact on the individuals and families we serve while helping create welcoming, successful events that strengthen our community.
Facility Team Volunteers

The Facility Team is dedicated to maintaining the functionality, safety, and appearance of the buildings, grounds, and infrastructure at Family Life Ministries. Volunteers on this team help create a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained environment for everyone who visits and participates in ministry activities.
Whether you’re a young person looking for a meaningful way to serve or someone with practical skills and a passion for hands-on work, there’s a place for you on this team. From routine maintenance and repairs to improvement projects and grounds care, your time and talents can make a lasting impact on our ministry and community.
